Lobby was decorated for Halloween, beds were extremely comfortable.
The room had a hint of cigarette smoke smell.

This hotel was clean and the front desk ladies were very friendly. The breakfast was really good. We will recommend this hotel to anyone we know who needs a place to stay in Spokane, WA.

Extremely spacious room with very comfortable bed.
Bus load of high school kids that ran the halls and shot fire crackers untill after midnight.

Excellent hotel with great room and bed. More could be done to keep serenity for
all guests.

I liked the fact that it allowed animals.
No refrigerators in the rooms.

We were in Spokane for a Search and Rescue conference and this hotel allowed our Search dog. We really liked that. It was clean, the complimentary breakfast was good, and it was reasonably priced.

Wireless internet, the bed was comfortable.
The facilities were worn, pool area was dirty, rooms smelled musty.

Reasonable for the price, could use some repair and updating.

Staff was friendly.
Bathroom tissue almost gone. Was kindly corrected, though.

It is a place to spend the night, not much more. But it is clean, well-kept and convenient. Restaurants are handy, an indoor Shopping Mall is just down the street and Downtown Spokane and the Airport are just minutes away. The free breakfast is better than most. ...read more

It was close to eating establishments and easy to get to.
The blanket on my sister's bed had something disgusting on it.

The hotel was over all very nice. The only problem was the bedspread and blanket on my sister's bed. The bedspread had a bad looking stain and the blanket had a spot of something white and crusty looking on it. She called down to the front desk and they were very quick in bringing her a fresh blanket. She didn't ask for a new spread as she does not sleep with a bedspread on the bed. ...read more
